マツタケスマート培養キャビン
I. Product Overview
Matsutake (Tricholoma matsutake) is a precious ectomycorrhizal edible fungus. Traditionally it has relied on wild harvesting, with yields constrained by natural climate conditions and forest resources, making supply extremely unstable. The Henvic Matsutake Smart Cultivation Cabin (HVC-40 Series) adopts biomimetic substrate and mycorrhizal symbiosis cultivation technology, recreating the soil micro-ecology of a pine forest in a sealed, fully controlled environment to achieve stable year-round cultivation covering matsutake mycelium incubation, primordium formation and fruiting body growth.
The cabin is fitted with a biomimetic pine-needle humus substrate bed, a micro-mist humidification system, a low-light/darkness management module and a multi-parameter environmental control system. It automatically maintains the optimum combination of substrate temperature and moisture, air temperature and humidity, CO2 concentration and light, significantly improving both fruiting rate and product quality. The entire cabin is prefabricated in the factory and ready for use once lifted into place, making it suitable for industrial-scale production of precious edible fungi, scientific research and breeding, and premium food supply chain bases.
III. Core Features
- Mycorrhizal biomimetic cultivation: a pine-needle humus biomimetic substrate formula combined with symbiotic strain inoculation technology recreates a soil micro-ecology close to that of a wild pine forest, providing optimal conditions for matsutake mycorrhizal symbiosis.
- Precise micro-environment regulation: multi-point sensors monitor substrate temperature/moisture content, air temperature and humidity, CO2 and light in real time, automatically maintaining the optimal environmental curve for each growth stage.
- Intelligent humidification and moisture retention: a dual system of micro-mist spraying and ultrasonic humidification stably maintains humidity above 90% during the fruiting period, preventing the caps from cracking.
- Low-light and darkness management: automatically switches between darkness and low-light modes according to the growth stage, preventing light from inhibiting mycelial spread and primordium differentiation.
- Sterile environmental control: high-efficiency fresh air filtration combined with scheduled ozone/UV disinfection significantly reduces the risk of contamination by competing fungi, diseases and pests.
- Remote intelligent management: 10-inch touch screen for local control plus app/cloud platform remote monitoring, with automatic alarms for abnormalities and support for networked cluster management of multiple cabins.
- Modular rapid deployment: fully prefabricated and plug-and-play with no civil works required; the whole cabin can be lifted and transported as a unit, allowing rapid replication and capacity expansion.
