野菜育成用スマートキャビン補光灯と太陽光補光灯

I. Product Overview

The Henvic supplementary lighting range for vegetable smart growing cabins comprises two series sharing the same light-bar specifications, spectrum and control logic, so they can be freely matched to the cabin configuration and the available power supply:

HVC-CL Series LED Grow Lights: Purpose-designed for Henvic vegetable smart growing cabins. Full-spectrum LED chips (deep red 660nm, blue 450nm, white 5000K) combined with an integrated aerospace-grade aluminium heat-sink profile and IP65 protection. Supports controller/App smart dimming and photoperiod programming. Suitable for cabins with mains power or a backup supply.

HVC-GC Series Solar Grow Lights: Composed of mono-crystalline solar panels, a LiFePO4 battery pack, an MPPT intelligent charge/discharge controller and full-spectrum LED light bars. The panels are mounted on the cabin roof, charging by day and powering the lamps at night and during overcast or rainy weather. The system runs fully off-grid with 3–5 days of autonomy in cloudy and rainy conditions, and can also be connected to AC 100-277V backup mains power, making it ideal for outdoor sites or locations with unreliable electricity.

Both series feature waterproof quick-connect plugs and quick-mount brackets for true plug-and-play installation, and can be linked to the cabin's temperature, humidity and CO₂ environmental control system for coordinated light–temperature–humidity–CO₂ management.

VII. Applicable Crops

  • Leafy vegetables: lettuce, spinach, bok choy, leaf lettuce, celery, kale, etc.;
  • Fruit vegetables: tomato, cucumber, pepper, eggplant and strawberry (supplementary lighting during the seedling, flowering and fruit-set, and fruit colouring stages);
  • Herbs: mint, basil, rosemary, coriander, etc.;
  • Mushrooms: enoki mushroom, king oyster mushroom and others, for low-light induction and fruiting-stage supplementary lighting;
  • Others: sprouts and microgreens, medicinal plant seedlings, etc.

VIII. Environmental Requirements and Recommendations

  • Solar panel orientation (HVC-GC): the panel face should point due south with a tilt angle of 25°–35° (fine-tuned to the local latitude) to ensure 4–6 hours of effective sunlight per day;
  • Temperature: 18–28℃ (leafy vegetables prefer 20–25℃; fruit vegetables prefer 22–28℃ during flowering and fruit set);
  • Relative humidity: 60%–80% RH;
  • Photoperiod: leafy vegetables 12–16 h/day, 14–18 h/day during the seedling stage; for fruit vegetables in the colouring stage, the red spectrum share can be increased and the photoperiod extended;
  • Recommended mounting height: 300–500 mm from the lower edge of the luminaire to the crop canopy, with 350–450 mm giving the best results for leafy vegetables;
  • Light intensity: leafy vegetables 200–300 μmol/m²/s, fruit vegetables 300–500 μmol/m²/s;
  • CO₂ concentration: 800–1200 ppm significantly improves light-use efficiency;
  • The battery compartment (HVC-GC) should be placed in a ventilated, well-cooled position inside the cabin and used within an ambient temperature range of -20℃–+45℃.
