野菜育成用スマートキャビン補光灯と太陽光補光灯

I. Product Overview

The Henvic HVC-GL Series LED grow light is a supplementary lighting accessory developed specifically for vegetable growing containers (plant factories and mobile growing cabins). The luminaire uses full-spectrum LED chips (deep red 660nm, blue 450nm, white 5000K) together with secondary optical lenses and an integrated aerospace-grade aluminium heat-sink structure to deliver a stable, uniform and adjustable lighting environment for leafy vegetables, fruit vegetable seedlings, herbs, mushrooms and other crops.

The product supports 0-10V analogue dimming as well as digital dimming via an intelligent controller or App, with one-touch switching between seedling, vegetative growth, flowering and fruiting spectral modes to match the light recipes required by different crops. Rated IP65 with a rugged structure, the luminaire can be suspended above the container cultivation racks and integrates seamlessly with the Henvic intelligent environmental control system for coordinated light–temperature–humidity–CO₂ management.

III. Key Features

  • Full-spectrum recipe: deep red + blue + white light combination (R:B:W = 4:1:5), with the spectrum ratio customizable to the crop;
  • High efficacy and energy saving: PPE up to 2.2–2.6 μmol/J, effectively reducing container operating energy consumption;
  • Smart dimming: three dimming options — 0-10V / intelligent controller / Bluetooth App, with one-touch switching between seedling, vegetative and flowering modes;
  • Uniform illumination: secondary optical lens design delivers light uniformity ≥ 90% per luminaire group, reducing canopy shadowing;
  • Efficient heat dissipation: one-piece aerospace-grade aluminium profile heat-sink structure keeps the LED junction temperature low, with a service life ≥ 50,000 hours;
  • IP65 protection: dust-tight and water-resistant, easily handling the high-humidity and spraying environment inside a container;
  • Convenient installation: three-in-one design supporting suspension / hook / shelf bracket mounting, allowing a single person to complete installation;
  • System integration: links with the Henvic intelligent environmental control system for coordinated light–temperature–humidity–CO₂ management.

V. Applicable Crops

  • Leafy vegetables: lettuce, spinach, bok choy, leaf lettuce, celery, kale, etc.;
  • Fruit vegetables: tomato, cucumber, pepper, strawberry (supplementary lighting during the seedling and vegetative growth stages);
  • Herbs: mint, basil, rosemary, coriander, etc.;
  • Mushrooms: enoki mushroom, king oyster mushroom and others, for low-light induction and fruiting-stage supplementary lighting;
  • Others: sprouts and microgreens, medicinal plant seedlings, etc.

VI. Environmental Requirements and Recommendations

  • Temperature: 18–28℃ (leafy vegetables prefer 20–25℃);
  • Relative humidity: 60%–80% RH;
  • Photoperiod: leafy vegetables 12–16 h/day, 14–18 h/day during the seedling stage (can be set via the photoperiod programme);
  • Recommended mounting height: 300–500 mm from the lower edge of the luminaire to the crop canopy, with 350–450 mm giving the best results for leafy vegetables;
  • Light intensity: leafy vegetables 200–300 μmol/m²/s, fruit vegetable seedlings 300–500 μmol/m²/s;
  • CO₂ concentration: 800–1200 ppm significantly improves light-use efficiency (in combination with ventilation or CO₂ enrichment);
  • Ventilation: maintain a gentle air flow of 0.3–0.5 m/s inside the container to aid heat dissipation and CO₂ exchange.

VII. Installation and Operating Instructions

  1. Unpacking and inspection: verify that the luminaire, brackets, power cable, intelligent controller and other accessories are complete and undamaged;
  2. Bracket installation: fix the suspension bracket / hook to the beam above the cultivation rack or to the cabin ceiling;
  3. Hanging the luminaire: suspend the luminaire horizontally using steel cables or hooks, adjusting the mounting height as recommended in Section VI;
  4. Power connection: connect the power cable to the AC 100-277V supply, ensuring reliable grounding;
  5. Control connection: connect the 0-10V signal cable to the intelligent controller, or pair with the App via Bluetooth;
  6. Light recipe setting: select the crop mode (seedling / vegetative / flowering) on the controller or App and set the photoperiod;
  7. Operation and maintenance: fine-tune brightness and duration according to crop growth, and clean dust from the luminaire surface regularly.
