The HVC-20 Vegetable Cultivation Container is a 20-foot standard modular intelligent plant factory product independently developed by Hangzhou Henvic Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Built on a 20-foot standard shipping container, it integrates a multi-tier vertical hydroponic cultivation system, full-spectrum LED plant grow lights, an intelligent environmental regulation system and a remote IoT monitoring platform. Compact in size, easy to transport and flexible to deploy, it can be put into service quickly on farms, in greenhouses, on the urban fringe or in supermarket backyards, delivering year-round stable, clean and efficient production of leafy vegetables.

The container body adopts a high-insulation polyurethane sandwich panel structure that is fully sealed and hygienic, and can be optionally equipped with a solar photovoltaic power supply system, making it green and energy-saving. Free from the constraints of season, region and climate, it is an ideal solution for small-scale premium cultivation and distributed vegetable supply.

IV. Vertical Cultivation System

Multi-tier vertical hydroponic growing racks are arranged along both sides of the container interior, using the NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) cultivation method: the nutrient solution is delivered by a circulation pump to the growing channels on each tier, and the crop roots absorb water and nutrients from the shallow flowing film of nutrient solution. Each tier is fitted with full-spectrum LED plant grow lights, and light quality, light intensity and photoperiod can all be programmed to suit crop requirements, ensuring healthy and rapid plant growth. The compact 20-foot layout delivers higher output per unit area, making it particularly suitable for high-density cultivation in limited spaces.

V. Intelligent Control System

  • Environmental monitoring: multi-point sensors for temperature, humidity, lighting, CO₂, EC, pH and nutrient solution level, with real-time data acquisition
  • Automatic regulation: coordinated automatic operation of air conditioning, fresh air, humidification and dehumidification, supplementary lighting and water/fertilizer pumps
  • Remote management: remote viewing, parameter setting and historical data queries via mobile app or PC
  • Intelligent alerts: automatic push notifications for abnormal conditions such as parameters out of range, equipment faults and power failures
