I. Product Overview
The large-scale smart fruit and vegetable cultivation cabin (HVC-40 series) is Henvic's mobile plant factory designed for large-scale fruit and vegetable production. Built on a 40-foot high-cube insulated container body, it integrates a multi-tier vertical hydroponic system, a full-spectrum LED supplemental lighting system, an intelligent environmental control system and a nutrient solution circulation system, enabling year-round, high-efficiency production of leafy greens, fruiting vegetables and berries inside a container.
The cabin does not depend on the natural climate: intelligent control algorithms automatically regulate the five key factors of temperature, light, water, air and nutrients to provide the optimal growing environment for crops. The unit is ready to run on arrival and can be lifted and transported as a whole, making it suitable for urban farms, protected agriculture parks, supermarket direct-supply bases and fresh produce supply in special environments such as plateaus, polar regions and islands.

- High-density vertical production: 4–6 tier vertical growing racks with an effective cultivation area of approx. 320–400 m², delivering yields 30–50 times those of open-field cultivation on the same footprint;
- Intelligent full-spectrum supplemental lighting: dedicated plant-growth LED chips with the spectrum automatically adjusted by crop type and growth stage, and continuously adjustable light intensity from 300–800 µmol/m²/s;
- Precise environmental control: a PLC core with multi-point sensors automatically regulates temperature, humidity, CO₂ and ventilation, supporting differentiated day/night and stage-specific environmental curves;
- Integrated water and nutrient management: automatic nutrient solution proportioning, recirculation and sterilization with online EC/pH monitoring, saving more than 90% of water and achieving zero-discharge recycling;
- Remote intelligent management: local control via a 10-inch touchscreen plus remote monitoring through the mobile app / cloud platform, with automatic alarms for anomalies and support for networked cluster management of multiple cabins;
- Modular rapid deployment: factory-prefabricated and plug and play with no civil construction work required; the complete cabin can be lifted and transported, enabling rapid replication and capacity expansion;
- Stable year-round production: unaffected by season, region or extreme weather, enabling continuous year-round harvest and a stable supply chain.
